Overview of Project

We have worked on two projects for Morgan Stanley on their Waterloo Street, Glasgow property through two separate contractors – Sharkey and more recently CBRE.

For Sharkey, we removed 76 existing roller blinds from the site to alter the blind sizes – this was following internal construction work where partitions had been moved. We were contracted to re-install the altered blinds to suit the main contractor’s programme.

In addition, we were contracted to supply and fit curtain tracks and curtains to the refurbished rooms on their third floor.

The second project for Morgan Stanley in Glasgow was via contract with CBRE and is still on-going. This project was to supply and install new covers on all of the building’s existing blinds. Starting from the top of this nine floor building, we had a large on-site team to work out with normal working hours to avoid any disruption to our client’s working environment. All 9 floors are due to be completed before end of November 2019 to put us 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
