Terms & Conditions for Rainbow Blinds £50 Voucher Giveaway on Facebook and Instagram
Eligibility:
The Rainbow Blinds £50 Voucher Giveaway on Facebook and Instagram is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and above.
Entry Requirements:
3. To enter the giveaway, participants must:
Follow the official Rainbow Blinds page on Facebook or Instagram, depending on the platform they are using to enter.
Comment on the giveaway post by tagging three friends.
Share the giveaway post on their own profile (publicly visible).
Entries from private or protected accounts will not be considered for the giveaway.
Giveaway Period:
5. The giveaway will commence on 01/11/2023 and conclude on 01/12/2023. All entries must be submitted within this time frame.
Winner Selection:
6. One winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on 01/12/2023.
Prize:
7. The prize consists of a £50 voucher for Marks & Spencer.
Notification of Winners:
8. The winner will be notified via a comment on the giveaway post and through a direct message on the platform they entered from. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
Prize Claim:
9. To claim the prize, the winner will be required to provide their contact details for prize delivery or pickup as specified by Rainbow Blinds. Failure to claim the prize within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture.
Publicity:
10. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to Rainbow Blinds without additional compensation.
General Terms:
11. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Participants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
